Welcome to Nisibon LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our delivery services. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Nisibon LLC provides on-demand delivery services, including same-day and scheduled deliveries, for a wide range of items as requested by customers.
Service hours are:
- Monday through Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
We reserve the right to refuse any delivery request at our discretion.
3. Prohibited Items
Customers may not request delivery of the following:
- Illegal goods or substances
- Hazardous or dangerous materials
- Weapons or explosives
- Alcohol or tobacco products (unless permitted by law and agreed in advance)
- Any item that violates local, state, or federal laws
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all items comply with applicable laws.
4. Pricing and Payment
Delivery fees are based on a fixed pricing structure determined by delivery zones and distance.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Cash
- Invoice (where applicable)
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Extended wait times
- Special handling requests
- Changes to delivery after dispatch
5. Delivery Responsibility
Nisibon LLC assumes responsibility for items from the time of pickup until delivery is completed.
Customers must ensure:
- Accurate pickup and delivery information is provided
- Items are properly packaged for transport
Upon confirmed delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Nisibon LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any delays and complete deliveries as soon as possible.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to driver dispatch.
Once a delivery is in progress:
- Cancellation fees may apply
- Full or partial charges may be incurred depending on the stage of delivery
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisibon LLC’s liability is limited as follows:
- We are responsible for loss or damage to items only while in our possession.
- Liability is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the item, or
- $100 per delivery (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
Nisibon LLC is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure the package is ready for pickup upon arrival to the pickup address
- Ensure items are legal and safe for transport
- Package items securely
- Be available (or ensure recipient availability) at the time of delivery or package will be delivered to front door, garage door or any where it is safe to do so at the delivery address.
10. Employee Conduct
All deliveries are performed by employees of Nisibon LLC. We maintain professional standards and expect respectful interactions from customers.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing delivery services and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete the service.
12. Changes to Terms
Nisibon LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
